Hello, my name is Mauricio Arredondo. I grew up in Seattle, which played a big role in shaping who I am today. I value personal growth, discipline, and staying consistent in everything I do. I come from a background where hard work and accountability were always important, and that’s something I carry with me every day. What motivates me most is my family and the drive to become a better version of myself through every challenge. My team means more to me than just a group of people I work with. It represents growth, trust, and shared ambition. The best advice I’d give someone new to the business is to have a student mentality and be consistent. Learn the fundamentals, ask questions, and don’t get discouraged by setbacks. Results come to those who show up and keep improving.
