Hello my name is Jordan i’m 20 years old, i’m from las vegas. I just moved to washington at the end of october and i love it here. It’s super cold here though. I was a lifeguard for a little over two years before moving and i was teaching lifeguard classes as well, i loved it. Moving here i wanted to grow as a person and set myself and my future family up to not have to worry about anything. I want my kids to be able to go on school field trips, concerts, college, play sports and be happy kids with nothing to worry about. I want to give my family everything i didn’t have. This team and opportunity has shown me that it is possible and that i can reach my goals if i just put in the effort.

Best advice received:
Zach one of the managers here told me that Im allowed to feel my emotions and im allowed to let them out. He told me that holding everything in is just going to hurt me in the long run and as soon as i let everything out i started to do better in the business.
Best advice from someone in the industry:
If i were to give any advice i’d have to say to network with everyone no matter how uncomfortable you are. Talking to everyone gives you the chance to hear exactly what you need to push you in the right direction.

A fun fact about me is that i like to draw and paint not totally good at it but it’s super calming and something i really enjoy.
