My name is Raymond Suarez Jr I’m originally from Stockton Ca. I was in the United States Navy for 5 years.Joined the navy when I was 17 years old for a better life and to change the way people look at me. The navy taught me a lot of core values from honor courage and commitment. What brought me to the sales and marketing was the camaraderie and the family oriented culture. When I first walked into the business they opened their arms up with full grace. I felt welcomed and they gave the structure and the opportunity to succeed in this business

If you want to succeed in this business you got to work harder than the person on the left and the right of you and if your not the best in the office than what are you going to do today to make yourself better today than you were yesterday

“Stay hungry, stay focused no matter how well you do you can always be better. When you get stuck or stressed out remember your reason why you want to be successful.”
Fun fact:
I played waterpolo, basketball and baseball throughout my high school days. I listen to all types of music from oldies to country to edm if there’s music playing I’ll be the first one getting excited. I am a die hard Raider Fan
