Hello, my name is Saniaya but I like to go by Niaya, my birthday is march 12th, I’m 19 years old and I just recently graduated in 2024. I was born and raised in Seattle Washington and I come from a loving family of four. What motivates is knowing that I’m putting in time now for time later. Im in this business to become an owner, retire my mom and show my little brother a different path to success and give him the same opportunity.

Best advice from someone in the industry:
Some advice I would give to someone just starting this business is to just be yourself, have fun, stay focused, talk with people doing better than you and if you want to see the results you should always work ten times harder then the person you aspire to be.
Fun fact:
Some things I like to do for fun are play videos games, watch thriller movies, go to the gym, and go on walks with nice views with my dog. A little hobby / talent I have is I like to draw and paint and I’m very good at it.
